Recipe Corner

Nasal inhalers are super easy to make and use. Plus, they last for quite a while. All you have to do is add essential oils to the cotton wick, insert it inside the inhaler tube, and secure the round cap on the bottom. 


To use your inhaler, unscrew the outer shell and hold the inhaler tube to the entrance of your nose before taking in several deep breaths. You can cover the other side of your nose for an even deeper inhale.


Your inhaler should last for many months. If you notice the scent starts to fade, simply add more oils to the wick!

Allergy Relief

Let's start with the basics. Almost everyone who uses essential oils will have these three staples:

  • 5 drops Lemon
  • 5 drops Peppermint
  • 5 drops Lavender 

Kick the Cravings

  • 8 drops Orange or Tangerine
  • 8 drops Peppermint

Clear Airways

When it comes to colds, no one likes a stuffy nose. Use this blend to clear your airways!

  • 15 drops Eucalyptus
